[Resolved] Fedex — fedex: delay in custom clearance awb[protected] | |
My shipment number[protected] is been held in custom due to misconceptions of it been business parcel not an individual parcel. On 25/6 i contacted them they said i need to fill kyc document and authorisation letter, i fill them and send it back. Later i got mail that authorisation letter needs to be in company letter head because my delivery address was my company address where i work. I told them that i have given my company address so that i can pick my parcel from here as no one would be there to pick from my home. By sending numerous mail to [protected]@cogenteservices.in i have not got any proper response. How can i provide my company letter head where i work?? I don’t owned the company?
