[Resolved]  Fedex — fedex fraud company

My scheduled delivery pending — fedex goods subject to regulatory review

This is my tracking number:[protected]

I have contacted fedex indian customer service and they advised me to send kyc authorization letter and id proof to [protected]@cogenteservices.in
And [protected]@fedex.com. I have already sent it and below is the response i got from kyc:

We wish to confirm receipt of soft copy submission of kyc documents. All the copies are now updated to fedex systems.

To complete this submission / compliance we request you to dispatch the 'physical / hard copies' duly signed / stamped by the authorized signatory to the below address:

Please note it is important that for profiling of your documents for future shipping needs that the physical documents are archived and available for retrieval. We therefore request you to inform us by return email the domestic airway bill vide which the documents have been dispatched. We will confirm back the receipt of the same and close with affirmed compliant submission.

Question: why should i send hard copy again to above address? Are you guys joking? To send one item to india i have to courier another document.
I have sent soft copies to their email id still they are playing with me?

This is causing delay in my scheduled delivery. Make this happen to reach package in next business day.
