First they stated custom delay, i had already submitted kyc pan card but they later asked for kyc with address.
I submitted aadhar card with difficulty, because their calls don't go through & their website did not allow to submit the kyc again (Needs reference number)
On 15/07 at 5 pm they received message from customs for invoice.
They called me at 7 pm to ask for the bill, i was surprised usually bill is attached to the shipment by the sender.
I gave them the bill same time but since 24 hours, status is still the same.
I received another package from us without any issues (Aramex) ordered by amazon, cleared through customs in some hours yesterday without any kyc or document requirement.

Fedex has no specific email, their numbers have high waiting & get disconnected frequently, they make excuses that one specific line has an issue.
Their ivrs don't work so they cannot communicate messages to receivers unless some person actually works on your case.
This delay is purely fabricated on fedex side to buy buffer time & they just blame the customs.
Their supply chain & processes need to be reworked.
I will not use fedex again.

On 16 July, I got email of Fedex Customer care manager - Lyndon Pereira, who asked Sayali Amberkar to assist me. The status of the package was still the same.

I followed up daily till 22 July but Sayali spoke rudely to me, disconnected my call multiple times to harass me, she did not answer my calls later.

They keep telling me it will take 5-6 working days more every day without any concise delivery date.

I had to send a legal notice through my lawyer & I will take this company & its stooges to court.
I will publish my experience in the newspapers to make public aware of their fraud & false brand image.

Today I received email from Fedex team with Ticket number also apologising for late reply to my 15 July email LMAO.

This is their "Service" for "INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY".

On 28 July, It showed shipment reached Fedex office Delhi.
But there is "No scheduled delivery Date".
I will proceed with filing case in Consumer court against Fedex.

Today - I called customer service of Fedex - they said its still at customs clearance while to me, it showed it is at local Fedex facility.
They don't have proper infrastructure & technology in place to track shipments.
I checked on govt website, it showed customs duties & taxes has been paid on 25th July.
I sent legal notice to VP India Operations & MD of Customer Experience.

Their executive office is providing updates but the status is still the same.

Shipment - Xray cleared on 31 July, 8:30 PM IST as per customs website.
Fedex website still showed "at local facility".
At 2:30 AM IST on 1st August, Fedex website showed shipment in transit from Delhi, with delivery date 1st Aug before 8 pm IST.

Today Fedex team emailed me Customs invoice & additional charges of approx. Rs. 2200

RFPP 1000
Duty advancement charge 500
Warehouse charge 450

GST extra.

I was not notified of these charges before, I have already paid 40 Euros for shipping through sender.

Yesterday on 31st July, the sender informed me that Fedex team asked them for revised Invoice with Incoterms.
They also told me about multiple successful shipments to India (WITHOUT INCOTERMS).
Plus Customs assessment was completed on 25 July, Duties & taxes were realised so INCOTERMS invoice does not make sense.
It was delay tactics by Fedex & they clearly claim on multiple websites to delivery goods in 3 working days if "International Priority" is chosen, but my shipment took 20 days from 13 July till 1st Aug "assuming they will deliver it today".

Even I was asked for value proof documentation on 29Jun for an online purchase and I have submitted the same the same day. SInce then there was NO movement.

I suggest you send them a legal notice & go to consumer court if needed, only then they will take you seriously.
My shipment is "International Priority" but still I am being harassed by Fedex team, basically all shipments are "same" to them.
My package has been stuck from 15 July with NO movement as you can see in the screenshot.

They were forced to pay me compensation and they refunded the charges also.

How did you sent them legal notice, Can you tell me process or way to send legal notice?

and did you get charges refunded after paid them(at the time of delivery, did you paid?) or you not paid any?

please guide me, because my package on hold at nearest delivery centre, So, What to do now? I will take delivery and paid charges, if yes then in this case, Can i get this charges after legal notice?
i have been waiting for my package for two weeks now i havent received my package and fedex team they keep telling me that 48 hours everyday since last week and am never using fedex again because they lie to there customers and i think its not fair if your not going to manage to send the package its good to tell us your not going to manage an am very very disapointed and ive been betrayed by the fedex and they keep telling you that they dont have actual date
i havent received my package till today they keep telling me your lies... Fedex is a Big Scam
