Fedex — FedEx International Priority Clearance Delay | |||
My package AWB :[protected] arrived on 4th Oct, person from FedEx sent me an email on 8th Oct to submit value evidence which I submitted on the same day but till now Oct 14th I haven't got any single response from either customer service or the person named Manish Tomar who sent me the email. I have talked with Customer support lots of time but they say the same thing every time that they will resolve or someone will respond soon but no response. So Pathetic service, It is an international priority service but there service is very very poor. Please resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
