My package sent from Chennai to US had been stuck at Bangalore for 2 weeks. Original delivery date was Feb 10th, and is still stuck in Bangalore with "Scheduled delivery: Pending"
Contacted Feb FedEx India customer care on Feb 11th and did not get any clear answer on why the package is stuck. Sent them couple of follow up emails, and received the below update on Feb 21.

Feb 5 - shipment picked up by FedEx from Chennai
Feb 8 - package status "Local Delay Delay beyond our control"
Feb 12 - package status updated to "At local FedEx facility"
The package has some important things and I have paid express shipping cost to get the package delivered on time. Please help to sort out the issue and sent package at the earliest.
