Fedex — Fedex Kyc submission

Hello it's Megan from an oversea company, we had sent 2 boxes of ballons from China to India, the ballons are for supporting team RSH in IPL, we are going to give out for free as an sponsor oversea, we don't have an company in India so we asked our friend to done the KYC and they will help us to give out the ballons for free.
We have done all the doc that FedEx required but the ballons had been stucked since 4/15, there is nothing high value in that package, we would really appreciate if you can release the package as soon as possible.
