Hello, Fedex is not responding properly to our scheduled delivery of package despite several attempts to reach them. Called their customer service us, india, submitted email, sent email. Nothing is happening. Kyc form submitted, aadhar submitted. Sender accepted payment of any taxes through fedex account credit card and yet nothing has been processed.
