I shipped out a package on Jan 24th from California which was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 31st.
The package was held at customs asking for a detailed description and commercial invoice of the goods on Jan 30th itself. The FedEx customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to the package will contact me soon.
Upon checking every alternative day they had mentioned customs rejected my package which contains pair of clothes for 6 months baby around Feb 21st.
Even I had requested to ship it back. But no update till today ( Mar 21st).
