Fedex — Fedex Parcel at Delhi Customs for 4 days, CBE not filed yet

Address:Fedex, Delhi

My parcel has been sent through Fedex from China.
My Tracking number is[protected]

It has reached Delhi customs on 15th July. Still now CBE has not yet filed.

I have submitted the KYC documents and it has been Audited

The customer care executive are not answering properly for not filing the CBE

Still no idea why they have not submitted the CBE
