Hi Team -
My FedEx Courier (Tracking number[protected] from the USA arrived in Delhi, India on February 4th and I received a KYC notification from the FedEx team to get a clearance for the package. I submitted all the documents and also received an email confirmation from them.
Its been 1 month since then and the status of that shipment has not been updated on the FedEx website. I've sent the multiple emails and they're not responding to it. When you try to call them they keep you on hold for 20-30 mins and then disconnect the call.
Request you to please look into this and help me get my shipment as the package hold an utmost importance for me.
