[Resolved]  Fedex — Fedex shipment not delivery

I got the notification "Shipment Refused by recipient" eventhough i havnt got any call from the fedex delivery agent. Facing this issue for third time with fedex, not delivering or delaying by 2 to 3 days even for the local shipments.
