I am writing out of concern and pain, I don't know how many more days it is going to take. Initial date provided was 31st Jan on FedEx tracking. package was shipped using 'FedEx International Priority' from US to India and paid almost 335$ to get it the quickest way possible.
Now I feel there is nothing called international priority, as no matter how quickly it is shipped, it is not reaching you quick.
Hard thing to believe I am not getting any updates or response to my emails from FedEx . I don't know why it so difficult to keep the customer updated or respond to the emails, if some one from FedEx is checking this, just see how many emails I have sent and how many times I called customer care.
Please try to be in my shoes and look at it.
I never wrote a public complaint, this is the first time, image how terrible the situation is.
