[Resolved] Fedex — fedex tracking no.[protected] clearance delay - import | |||
Hi, On 09-apr-2019, my shipment status says that "package available for clearance" and on 10th apr, status says that clearance delay - import and i immediately called fedex customer care and submitted my documents. I was not getting proper updates from fedex team and status is not updated on their online tracking application. I have called customer care every 4 hours and the issue is every day their team is saying that i need to wait for another 24-48 hours. No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers As of 13th apr 2019 end of day, still there is no update.
