Our first international shipment AWB[protected] landed in India on 05/27 and clearance exception occurred.
All requested details are shared on very next day on 05/28 and no response heard from FedEx post that for almost a month.
Sent 25+ follow up emails on every different day and even they didn’t acknowledge and respond to any of our emails.
After multiple escalations with supervisors, our package moved for processing further and completed clearance. Now we are very much frustrated as FedEx included a warehouse and duty advancement charges for their own processing flow issues.
Being a startup, our value of the products cost is less than FedEx additional charges. We will end up in bigger loss if we pay additional costs for FedEx side issues.
Hence we are asking FedEx to waive off these charges as it’s all the delays occurred only due to FEDEX.
FedEx - don’t try to cheat your customers using all these costs. If we end up losing business, u will also go out of business soon. Your employees should work for salary that they are earning.
