Fedex — Fedex very untrustworthy

I ordered a package May 13th I have yet to receive it. This by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The tracking info says the driver left it on my front porch which is a complete lie because the driver is no where on my camera log. When I called I was told to file a claim which I did several of them actually. I finally got in touch with the P&D manager from from the fedex facility where the driver picked the package up from. I explained the situation and they were suppose to get a hold of the driver because she couldn't tell me where the driver left the package because they do not use GPS. I haven't heard from them at all.
