Fedex — fedex worst customer service | |||
Dear mem, My client has sent one laptop to me for software development work. (Us to india) My package is stuck in customs from 6th january. I have requested every day that if its not possible to deliver, kindly send my package back to sender. So that we can find out any way. Many time i visited fedex cargo office but every day i get new excuses like "custom officer is on leave / in meetings" etc.. I got this project after clearing many interview rounds but due to this behavior from fedex i am about to loose this client / project which will affect my career. Its my sincere request to fedex that if you cannot deliver the package than atleast check before taking package or atleast help me to send the package back to sender so that i can personally go there and collect it.
