[Resolved] Fedex — Fedex worst response. | |||||
I imported the item from china. My seller sent the parcel as "2 parcel" Parcel 1:[protected]Master) Parcel 2:[protected] Both are same consignment. All documents submitted and the new delhi in customs also released parcel 1. Since both parcel are one consignment, both parcel must be released but my 2nd parcel held in bangalore customs for over 20 days.. For 20 days fedex customer server tele support telling that the item will be sent tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... Etc... Till date parcel 1 came to chennai, but the 2nd one in bangalore..
