[Resolved] Fedex — Forced Delay tactics and zero replies | |||||
My consg.No.:[protected] Booked from China to Faridabad The Fedex do not inform us the status inspite of repeated emails / calls. By active Online tracking i noticed that my parcel is stuck up in need of some KYC + forms documents from my end. I immediately called the customer care (toll free). They then emailed the list of documents needed to me. Within 30- 40 minutes I emailed back the complete set of documents on the mentioned email id in afternoon dtd. 6/10/16. In the same evening of 6/10/16, I called the kycfedex number[protected] and was confirmed that the documents have been received in order, and are now under verification process by the fedex team. After 24 hours, next day 7/10/16, I again called to know the status. Same reply that documents are under verification process by the team. After 48 hours, next day 8/10/16 (today), I again called to know the status. Same reply that documents are under verification process by the team. I asked reason for taking so much time in verification and requested to connect me to the concerned person. The lady hung up. I called again and now another agent answered. I asked same Q. After a few minutes hold, he told me that the Telephone bill which i had submitted is in different name. (I never actually submitted any tel.bill). I asked him to give me the tel. no mentioned on the bill. He hung up. I called again (now 3rd call consequently), now a new (3rd) agent answered. He put me on hold after i asked the answer for the delay. He now told me that I need to submit 2 more documents. I asked why ws i not informed on the first instant and even after my repeated calls. I requested him to email me the list of documents needed and give status. He refused for the email and he also hung up. What a more insulting customer care can you really expect from such a reputed international company !!? Now i am sure they will demand dumerrage and Ware house charges for the delay for which they themselves are responsible. Here i would also like to clarify that: 1. My chinese seller had given a request to change the my company name on 01/10/16 just the next day of despatch from china. 2. FedEx china confirmed the change to them. 3. I submitted the documents for the correct co.name, since change of the co.name was already done. 4. But still my worng co. name is mentioned in their records in India. These all appear to be intentional or foolish ways of delaying + harassing us. They do not inform us in time and cust.care is hopeless. Was this information helpful? | |||||
