[Resolved] Fedex — good are subjected to regulatory reviews

I'm hoping to get some information on a package sent to me from china with a delivery date of 9th september 2019. It is now 15th september and the package still has not made it past customs.
I have been calling fedex every day hoping to get an update but seems like they can only read whats on the fedex tracking site and repeat it back to me. I know what the tracking says. What i need is for someone to find out where exactly this package is and when can i expect it to be delivered. Its very frustrating dealing with the fedex staff that doesn't seem to care enough to get some answers for its customers. If i have to pay any customs duty then please collect the same from me but please get it delivered.
I have paid 75$ for the shipping which is almost 50% value of the package itself and the response i am getting from fedex for the amount i paid, is not good.
I would like to know whats going on with my package, is it even going to make it to person?
Please note, the kyc documents have been provided already and there is nothing else that needs to be submitted from our end.
Its a led projector and the status says “good are subjected to regulatory reviews” can you please let me know what type of review is this?
