What's up with this title "goods are subject to regulatory review"? It's been more than 3 days since i sent the kyc form which you asked just to keep my details on server in the name of customs clearance delay. Now i have this new title and the scheduled delivery date is pending, but they said it will be deliver it by 2/2/2019 (2nd feb 2019).. But now its 4/2/2019 (4th feb 2019) the shipment hasn't be delivered.. And when call fedex customer care they say the process takes upto 48 hrs but now its above 82 hrs still no feedback and update.. I am gonna file a complaint against fedex india. Was this information helpful? | |||
