[Resolved] Fedex — haven't received my shipment | |||||
Hi On 10/26/2017 i got email from fedex.com stating in reference to your fedex express import shipment awb #[protected] which has been held for formal clearance from your good self. They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i already sent on 10/26/2017 with all the required documents via maruti courier and next day they said they have received my documents and its under process. (I have all the evidence of courier receipt, email and phone calls). Now its more then 10 to 12 days but no proper reply or update from fedex. Also first five days trackng status shows "clearance delay" and now every day it shows "clearance in progress" and when i called fedex customer care[protected] they only book my complaint not solved my problem. Nobody is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment. They are provide worst service to their customers. My awb no. Is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
