Fedex — I'm complaining about returning of my shipment.

Address:J-004.BREN TRILLIUM,DODDA NAGMANGALA ROAD

This complaint is with regard to AWB[protected]. Requested for the return.
Bangalore facility kept it on 17th February 2022 and gave a grievance number C[protected] stating that it will be returned in 3/4 days t is 3 weeks now and still my shipment is not yet returned to me. Please help to return my shipment held in local facility.
