Fedex — Import custom clearance

My shipment number[protected] is in custom form 2 days .i have submitted all the documents that are ask .but no response from them. aslo cha assigned by fedex asking me for company itr and gst computation and bank verification letter .i have already submitted ad code .but know why this document are needed by them. cha didn't know where my shipment is . please help me i am regular importer from china but never need such documents .still i have submitted all the documents . please looke up it in this matter

14 days have been passed i have no other option left other then filling a case against fedex and ch assigned by them
