[Resolved] Fedex — Inadequate services provided and harassment to customer | |||||
Had a opinion that FEDEX maintains International standards but sorry to say that not more than cart puller Case 1 – Details Tracking number –[protected] dated 5th Nov 2016 – Chandigarh to Jamshedpur Couriered a mobile set to my cousin at Jharkand but since I was not aware of Government norms so that package struck Delhi, when I called at customer care 8th Nov 2016 at 10.30 first the lady doesn’t have politeness to talk instead of giving solution she was making me understand that it my fault to don’t know the documents . YES it was fault that it trusted FEDEX and try to utilize services . The Fed ex instead of calling and telling me the improper document, returned the package that too with some small courier service online which I myself went and took, The entire day took me for this I want refund for this as without notice the company retuned and it spoiled both my time and money ( already had request number for this [protected]) but NO RESULT . Case 2 – details Tracking number –[protected]dated 8th nov – Chandigarh to Jamshedpur Again paid money for the same that was fault on your end but due to support from Mrs Ritu Sehgal ( fed ex shop at sector -23, Chandigarh ), she was supportive that though instead of new courier service let me send again with fedex BUT IT WAS WROUNG TRUST TO a cart puller The team in Delhi customer is having flaws Again was struck due to improper document this time was tracking on net so myself called while there was no call from your side while the packet was lying for day . This time customer person told me document is required on recipient part thanks God helped through this helpline made a request that too hold packet till WE ARRANGE DOCUMENTS but this time also they send without notice than called fedex office at sector 23 Mr ritu helped me trace package which was difficult to get . I JUST WANT TO ASK WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS UP THE PEOPLE SITTING IN DELHI ARE USELESS AND DON’T KNOW THEIR JOB IS this kind of service fedex provides sorry to say HOPELESS< USELESS PLES REFUDN MY MONEY AND AGRRANE FREE SHIPMENT FOR THE SAME THIS TIME Sending mail to consumer forum since I have little chance of revert from your side.
