Fedex India — Internation Courier Return due to Shipping team negligence

Hi Team,

We shipped 3 Package of 28KG, which was returned due to Wrong callback number documentation by Shipping Team,

Team unable to reach the Receiver due to incorrect callback number and return to sender without contacting receiver also.

Now Fedex team refused to pay refund which i paid for shipping and not even accepting for re-shipping.

This is should be escaleted.
