[Resolved] Fedex India Pune — Bad Service delivery Delayed | |||
This Complaint is regarding to the Shipment Delivery. Air way bill No:[protected] My Client Booked Shipment on 20th September from Hang Kong to Pune, India. And the expected delivery date was 4th of Oct. it is now 3 days Over Due But Shipment is Not yet Delivered by Fedex Pune team. I have called to fedex customer care on Monday 6th Oct about shipment status, so they said it is in Pune and get delivered By End of the day. But it was not delivered. So I again called customer care On 7th at 9 am in morning regarding shipment delivery. But customer care said they don’t have any information about shipment I requested phone number of Pune office and got it from same customer care representative. so I called Pune office also for more than 10 times but No One Picking up call. I again made a call to customer and care and asked about delivery they said it is in Pune now and get delivered By Today. I called FedEx Vadgaon Warehouse Team (someone with name vinod or something his contact number is [protected]) but they said it is not possible to deliver the package today as their vehicle already left. I was requesting for delivery of package from 9 am in morning I called customer care many time regarding the delivery throughout the day but still package is not delivered. This is very frustrating and I want FedEx team to take action against this. I have paid more than $300 USD For delivery and it is not getting delivered from last two days. Yes i confirm the delivery of goods after making many many complaints and calling FedEx Team for 100 times,
but the actual issue was delivery delayed i want to know what action taken against this as i was repetitively calling FedEx team to deliver goods from 9 am in morning but they have not delivered goods till end of day,
all customer care representative saying your shipment will surely delivered by end of day and they have email respective team and taken this is priority issue.
i want status of action taken against this delay not delivery of goods.
