Fedex — International Package stuck with FedEx Bangalore team

My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 25 days now, It landed in Bangalore on 25th February 2022, but still it shows in clearance status.

All they say is the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same.

Even after providing all the necessary documents FedEx is taking too much time. This is delaying lot of work at our end. Who will pay for the losses occurred due to these avoidable delays?
