This is regarding a FedEx International Priority Service shipment from US to India.

Shipper had sent incorrect details to FedEx and in commercial invoice on April 4th
Shipment arrived on April 12.
Shipment held for customs clearance on April 13.
Ammended invoice provided by shipper on April 14 (to [protected]@fedex.com)
KYC documents submitted by receiver to FedEx on April 15 (Documents: Receiver Passport, Revised Invoice, Receiver declaration+ammendment letter, Shipper side ammendment letter)
Documents accepted on April 16.
Revised invoice resent to clearance administrator on April 22. Service ticket raised with FedEx on the same day. No further response
As of writing, today is April 25. So far no action has been taken. Package is stuck with no progress. FedEx status shows invoice missing/incomplete (even though revised invoice was sent to multiple parties on April 14th, 15th and 22nd)
The package was shipped on April 4 with April 8 as the estimated delivery date. Even with the ammendments submitted, there has been no concern or care that a package has been delayed for so long. If this delays any further, legal action will be pursued. Was this information helpful? |
