Fedex — International shipment not received

The above shipment was not received by me and none of the information was received from your end regarding the status. I have been continuously calling for the status of delivery and no inforfation was received from your side. I have been left only option to appeal to consumer court. So please confirm me the delivery status which have been shipped on 12 th november of 2021. All the required documents were submitted by me on 24th november and received a confirmation mail from your end. It's been three months and the shipment was not delivered to me which is very much important to me. Please send my shipment immediately otherwise I will appeal to consumer court.
