[Resolved] Fedex — International Shipment US to India - Long Delayed | |||
I asked my roommate to send my company laptop to India via FedEx - Aug17, Paid extra 405$ money to deliver package @ earliest date (Aug 20). The package was holded in bangalore customs for 5 working days ( during this time, the followup with clearance team is a struggle) i agreed to pay customs duty money (43k INR) Later it got cleared to deliver by Aug 26 and status updated to delivery by Aug 27. The customer service also confirmed the same. But delivery didn't happen and it now Aug 27, and still waiting for my shipment- which was extra paid to deliver originally by 8/20; when u will deliver ? Even after paying 405$ and 43K InR, the package delayed causing emotional distress and pain. Was this information helpful? | |||
