Fedex — irresponsible behaviour of fedex not delivering package on time | |||
I had a international shipment that was sent last week of May. It reached Bangalore and got message regarding to submit kyc which I submitted next day. In tracking info it showed delay due to kyc. After Bangalore FedEx received my kyc which took two days to update. After that there was no tracking info regarding when package will reach. Then called FedEx multiple times to know about status. Everytime they had same reason that due to shortage of workers all parcels are delayed. Then June 19 got call from FedEx that they need receipt of purchase. In the email FedEx sent had long list of info and document required. It was a surprise for me by my husband. But in email all the items were listed. Watch, bracelet and candy. Then after my husband sent the documents it took again a long time for them to update and show any tracking info. Due to this called FedEx many times. They had same answer shortage of workers and no answers for delivery date. Though asked then if they require anything else they said no. Then in the tracking info it showed incorrect address. Then called FedEx asked them address it was all correct only telangana was not present due which they couldn't deliver that day. I asked them did delivery person had my phone no. No answer. He could have called me and I would have guided them to my address I told. No answer . Then I told how would you give them my phone no so that such thing doesn't happen again. There was no sorry nothing OK updated now they will call you at time of delivery. I have been very patient with FedEx. I don't know should have complaint long time back or got angry. This is first time seeing FedEx irresponsible, not professional and insensitive behaviour. Least they could have told sorry for inconvenience. Customer Care looked like its your problem not ours. Why should we care or worry. In short No tracking info Slow process Slow update Call multiple times same answer Customer Care didn't care much It looked like our mistake we sent through FedEx and we are paying price for it. It is more than one month and package is still waiting to get delivered. Don't believe FedEx could be like this. Heard rave reviews for FedEx in time delivery and customer helpful. Unfortunately this wasn't how it was. Really dissapointed and tired. For relief want package to be delivered. Don't want to take more headache regarding this. I don't usually Complaint because all are human it happens but this behaviour and process really irked us. Don't want to go through FedEx again.
