Over the course of the last 6 months we have been having issues with our packages being delivered to the wrong address And a couple of times resulting in Packages being stolen ( Literally one time somebody took the item out of my package and left the package there which had my address on it)!
Just over a month ago I was in contact with a customer service representative and we made a case and it's still seems to be an issue because I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and it said it was delivered on the app and via email. However I did not receive this package nor did I receive it at the Incorrect location.
I have checked online via app and desktop site on fedex website address is correct On my end. And these items have been from different sellers for reference.
I know there is alot going on right now with deliveries. However I feel like this repetitive issue could be something simple.
