I am Rishi Kapadia, and My complaint is for consignment[protected].
I should receive it on 15th-Oct-2019. It's been 1 week of delay.
My consignment is stuck in customs or somewhere and I don't see clear status why it's stuck, It's valued is just $100 and all items inside consignment are a gift/personal use. I provided each documents which FedEx asked and in commercial invoice, you can clearly see all items are for personal (gift) use.
FedEx The customer care seems not at all interests, I am sending couple of mails to their clearance agent - imran parmar but it looks like no one is interested in this matter as it's $100 consignment and it should not block by customs. All they are saying is to take help from the Clearing agent which FedEx should do it as it's for personal use and it's valus is $100.
