[Resolved] Fedex — Issue with invoice for shipment | |
Hello I imported a personal consignment using US shipping services & Fedex as their shipper with AWB no[protected]. My package was created on July 14th, 2021 by the shipper & received by me on 7th august, 2021 via Fedex India. In my Fedex Tax invoice, I have been charged a fine of Rs 2000, which I repeatedly mailed & tweeted to the company customer service to explain but did not get any satisfactory reply from them. Their customer service had no idea why the fine was levied & could not give an explanation. Since, I had to receive the shipment urgently, I paid the money on 7th august & paid the full amount charged to me including the unexplained fine. I have been repeatedly reaching out to them to explain the fine but I haven't got any revert. Any document required by them was provided by me on the same day they asked for but still an unnecessary fine was charged. I want an explanation for this & money refunded in case there is no justification for it. Shalini Was this information helpful? | |
