Fedex — KYC submission issue | |
My awb number is[protected]. I have visited to kyc. Fedex.com for kyc submission but when submitting kyc documents i have selected others option instead of individual and clicked on submit, i did not upload any documents yet but still portal is showing your kyc is under process. Please provide a solution on this, my shipment is stuck at delhi due to incompletion of kyc submission., i am facing issue for uploading kyc documents since from last 3 weeks and still nobody is there to help me out. Why you guys have created customer service number, never reachable.

Dear KYC Team,
With regard to my shipment vide Air Waybill No.[protected], I am unable to upload documents on your portal. I am not able to select type of consignee.
Request you to please fix this at the earliest so I can complete the KYC formalities. Have attached screenshot for your reference.
