[Resolved] Fedex — late delivery | |||
Hi, I used fedex as a courrier service to promptly deliver my package on time from mumbai to bangalore. Instead, its been delayed for longer than 24hours. When i called them 5 times between yesterday and today since the consignment is important to me, they have no answer except excuses such as it was raining or i have to wait as its on the way etc... Being an international company they should take their services more seriously and act promptly to customers who pay a premium or do not charge the premium! This to me is abuse/fleecing the public and i thought that i should bring it up. Such companies would not get away in the usa or europe so easily so why should we let them get away so easily in india! Fedex tracking no[protected]. The last customer care personal i spoke to in fedex was pranay. Any advice/action would be much appreciated. Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |||
