What a pathetic service by Fedex and their customer service executives. I am totally fed up with this from last 5 days. I am looking for my parcel and I am getting fake commitments. Every time I have to make call to them, I haven't received any call from fedex. No tracking is available on their site. Without making any call customer care executive claim that they called me.Without tracing the address or calling on my number delivery people decide the address is not correct. What is all this ? Did you know how important is that parcel for me!!! Let me know when I am getting my parcel or I have to claim it with alternate ways that I know very well. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too have the same problem with shipment tracking number[protected], Calling customer service asking for different information each time I call and sending me in circles with same status waiting for clearance response for about a three days now even after submitting what ever was asked. Very bad customer service.
