Fedex — mis guidance from fedex about the simple document from 1 and half month | |
Hello. My parcel got stuck at mumbai customs. Fedex is not reaponding priperly and not getting serious for getting it. It contains baby stuff. And urgently needed parcel. But they are not taking it seriously. I submitted commercial invoice though it was not commercial. Declaration letter of price correction and everything they needed. Them too they are not sortibg it. And af the end they told me to take your own cha clearance agent. I dont find any agent. What should i do to get my parcel? Was this information helpful? | |
