Fedex — Missing Package, Pending clearance,No response | |
My 3 piece shipment was shipped in india on 13 February 2021. I paid money for the delivery in about 10 to 15 days. In March they told me that one of your pacakges is lost. Then I frequently contacted them to deliver atleast the rest two packages, but every customer staff appointed by FedEx on this case left it in between and didn't help me. Suddenly they said your Lost package has been found in England and they chaged it's tracking information but still it's unknown. Now it's been 4 months and no hope of getting my Package delivered. I wasted my time and money on this. I have written various e-mails and contacted the customer representative various time but none of them helped me out. No one replied from the email and the contact forms I filled on their website. I am filing this report to reach them so that they can help me . Was this information helpful? | |
