Fedex — My package as been returned to shipper

After about 10 days on Australia custom clearance (after I contacted the customer service) I received an email saying that the package my mom sent me has been sent back to the sender without giving me any reasons. I haven’t been contacted from anyone regarding the things in the package before they sent it back and now they say it’s to late as it’s already on the way back to Italy. This is not a professional way to do things. All those days at the custom clearance neither me or my mom haven’t been contacted or informed somehow on what was happening. I still don’t know what was the problem and why it is being sent back. Not happy at all with FedEx
