[Resolved] Fedex — no progress since june 1. consignment sitting with customs. | |
My shipment awb[protected] is stuck with delhi customs and fedex has not done anything about it. I have come across many similar cases on social media. Customer service usually does not receive calls and their replies to emails are vague. Please sort this out at the earliest. I hope my parcel is not lost yet. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 23, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Well, I did receive an email from the company and I have received the parcel. However, it took way longer than expected. FedEx International Priority is a premium service and I could not figure out what is premium about it. Thanks anyway. FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
