We ordered product from china. Tracking number :[protected]. They crossed estimation delivery date and filled as NA in that column in tracking page. I called to chennai customer care, they asks me to go and collect in Guindy office. So i called to guindy office[protected]. They casually saying that the product is misplaced and they dont know where is that parcel. They asking to wait for one week!!! We tried next day and We have been asked to call below numbers.
