Hello,
Clearance delay on my international shipment - Tracking number “[protected]” on 05/27 and I shared all the required documents on very next day for further processing. Almost 20 days completed and I have sent 25+ email, contacting customer care over phone and asking for updates.
Till now, no one provided any acknowledgment or any response or updates for my email. I chose FedEx as they are reputed brand and customer service would be better. I am completely wrong in this and even the customer service from local courier service are far better than FedEx.
Am already losing business as FedEx holding shipment and not taking any step for processing custom clearance again. Really disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
