[Resolved] Fedex — Non delivery of goods ordered - tracking id[protected] | |||
I have ordered a good from McCoy Digital which is to be delivered yesterday (12.03.2021). I was asked to keep the amount ready as it is cash on delivery basis. I was waiting for delivery but none came. In the night I get a message from McCoy informing that I have refused delivery. No body called me about this delivery. Is this the best way for FEDEX to avoid its responsibility and put the blame on customer? If FEDEX cannot undertake the responsibility, it should state so that we will be careful in our dealing with FEDEX? My contact No. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
