I would like to lodge a Complaint regarding the non-delivery of my parcel sent through your prestigious company M/s.FedEx Corporation Limited from France to Pondicherry.
As a long -term admirer of the impressive work being done by the team of M/s.FedEx Corporation Limited.
But now I am very much disappointed with your company’s response and service.
Kindly note the following details about the said parcel :

Mr. DINESH - PONDICHERRY
It has been over 14 days almost TWO WEEKS, since the dispatch of the parcel; however, it has not been delivered yet. I ‘am keeping on calling daily to the Customer Care and as well as frequently sending mail to complain about the issue.
The staff member had informed me that they will look into the issue seriously and the parcel will be delivered soon by mail and through phone.
As on today I checked to track details online. According to the site seems “Package available for clearance”
I would like to bring your kind attention; the parcel contain is the Invitation Visa travel to France from India.
My mother in law is in serious condition and also suffering breast cancer in France. Hope you understand.
So I want to go France as soon as and take care her.
Please try to understand my situation and do the needful please. Its my kind request to FedEx Corporation Limited
Therefore, I request you to kindly investigate and look into this matter and deliver my Parcel at the earliest please.
