Fedex — non receipt of my order

@fedexindia[protected] shipment had to come monday. I'm was home when all 3 times when their so called imaginary attempts were tried. Not a single time did they knock the door or try calling. But i got a message saying delivery attempted.

Raised complaint 4 times. Poor customer service. They said that in 74hrs your problem will be solved. They will also not share the contact number when it's out for delivery on request

They always put their customer last and their interest first every time i tried calling the customer service it was very evident that they don't want to do business in a good manner.
