Fedex — Not Delivered and Bad Service

Our courier was sent from Perrysburg, Ohio US (Tracking No.[protected] on 02 Dec, 2021 and expected date of delivery was 06 Dec, 2021. But it is still not received and lying in Mumbai since 05 Dec, 2021. This is important documents and need us urgently. We disappointed by the service of Fedex. We called to Fedex customer center but they also not able to give us exact location of the package and not resolved our complaint. Only expected date of delivery changing day by day. Fedex is untrusted service provided for us henceforth.

Updated by dhanajishinde Our courier is still not delivered by FedEx. Don't know whether they have misplaced or anything else. Customer support center of FedEx is waste of time and not capable to resolve the complaint.
