I ordered a 499USD value lens product from Laowa website and the it's been shipping from Hong Kong to Chennai through FedEx, got my tracking number on 26th Nov 2021 and the item was reached 1st Dec 2021 in Bangalore for clearance and tax charges.
From FedEx team Ashwini Mathew (Clearance Support Admin) FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) who is the one alert the invoice is not clear and need to submit further documents through email.
* Commercial Invoice.
* Purchance item Invoice.
& a Declaration letter to Assistant Commissioner of customs, courier cell KIAL, Banglore 560300, For to update the true details of my value.
All the required documents from my end are submitted and still I dint get any reply from them, after so many trying of call Aswini Mathew picked the call and told with in 24 hr or 48 hrs they will update the form and status will be update. I'm waiting for so many days, I tried calling them for proper reply and the status of my product.. but they not at all picking up the call.. customer care is useless no solutions they have.. other than asking my details again and again.. what I have to do now ? It's been more that 10 days.
In mail they mentioned every day of delay the addition chargers will be get added and also they stated this
"Reactivation charges INR 5000 would be applicable if the documents are provided for clearance after 30 days of arrival"
