[Resolved] Fedex — not delivering items | |||
This is pratim chaudhuri writing from trivandrum, kerala. My tracking id of the shipment is[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th march. Status in the morning was showing out for delivery. Still not delivered. Neither did i get a phone call. Tracking status now changed to expected delivery after 10 days and the item is at my city office only. Yet they won't deliver. Main problem is, they do not send out delivery-persons and regularly expect customers to pickup things from their office. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Fedex customer care has taken up the matter seriously. I thank them for their prompt response. I have received my shipment.
They emailed me, even called me up (missed the call because I was driving).
