I had to recieve a shipment from USA. But now, its stuck in Bangalore due to customs delay. I have submitted the kyc documents. But it was said that documents has not been recieved by [protected]@fedex.com and a contradictory mail saying document has been received. I have been writing mails after mails, calling customer care number everyday and end up with no assistance on phone and same contradictary mails from both. When I track the shipment, status says "in transit", but unable to get the delivery date. On top of all this, I recieve mails saying the shipping will be returned/abandanded.
I am unable to update my kyc documents as well. When I try to login in kyc.fedex.com to re upload the kyc documents, it says documents are already being processed. If the documents are wrongly uploaded previously, I should atleast be provided with an reference id right, so that I can update the document. I have neither recieved reference id.
I want to know what neds to do done next. I want to get a contact of any fedex personnel who can resolve my issues. Please look into the issue and guide me with next steps. AWB#[protected] Was this information helpful? |
